How will the items be shipped?
SchwMartzGraphics All items will be packed with care via USPS. Comic books will be shipped in a padded envelopes with reinforcement. Fragile items will be packed in a sturdy box with additional padding to protect the item(s) and or artwork.
SHIPPING POLICY for “Print on Demand” Items. *Expect a shipping delay of 1-2 weeks. These items are printed and shipped from California.Â
Can I commission a drawing or artistic work from you?
Yes, I would love to commission art for you. I offer Pencil Drawings, Full Color Artwork, Caricatures, Custom Hand Painted Apparel (Shoes, Hats, etc.), Figural Clay Sculptures & More. I am currently accepting commissions on a limited basis. Please use the contact form on this website to send the details of your request and I will follow-up with you in a timely manor. As a loose guide, drawings I can turn around in about 2-3 weeks time. Thank you to all of my followers, I appreciate you all!!
Do you accept returns?
SchwMartzGraphics Currently, at this time, I am not taking returns. If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your shipment please contact me as soon as possible so we can work to get things resolved.
RETURN POLICY for “Print on Demand” Items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been delivered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment or issued a refund less the shipping cost.
No refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please check sizes charts carefully before placing your order.
Do you take PayPal Payments?
Yes, I do accept PayPal and Credit Card Payments through PayPal on this website.
